How did the American Roofing Academy get started

need more roofing sales

Isn’t it funny how the crew would never let you know you're short until 15 till 5:00 on a Friday and you're 45 minutes from the job trying to sell another one?

The beginning of our training system got its’ birth during Hurricane Ike in 2008.  That single storm hit the coast of Texas in Houston and created more opportunity in 48 hours than any single event in the last 20 years.  Skilled and unskilled men poured into Texas to enhance their lives or just get a new start.

It was at this point the founder and lead trainer began developing a training system to educate sales reps and stream line their productivity.   Many of the sales techniques and training tools used in our class were identified and nurtured during Hurricane Ike and perfected through tireless efforts and countless dollars spent over the past 5 to 6 years.

With the rapid expansion of technology, we can now function in an almost virtual environment without ever having to get on a roof except to identify physical damage.  Old school demanded that we climb on the roof and look for damage, hand diagram the roof and hand measure.  This included the slopes, the perimeter, the valleys, the hips, the ridge, dormers, rakes.  This would typically take up to an hour or more of our time and if you forgot something or didn’t know to write it down you’d end up short during the install.

Gentlemen, we are experts in the field of residential roofing and our system will reduce the learning curve for an inexperienced rep from 12 months to just 90 days.  It will enhance the experienced rep to new levels of success and in many cases double the profits of the company.

Our heart is to move you from where you are to where you want to be with as little friction as possible.
